Angry Blocking water holes in block.

What is the best way to do this while the motor is still in the car? They are the ones that go into the lower IM i cannot seem to keep them from leaking.

Tried new o-rings?

There's really no way to block them (without disassamebly) since drilling/tapping would put a bunch of shavings into the water jackets and you can't exactly just jb-weld them........

If you have new o-rings and a flat manifold with a good gasket, nothing should leak at all.

turbos dont necessarily need both oil and water, only oil.

just sit in the car and wait a little bit to cool the turbo down or buy a turbo timer.
