Block off plates question (noob)
Aight ive been hearing a lot about people useing block off plates. I was just woundering exactly what they do, and what benifits come form doing this. I tryed a search but i came up with about 100 different post about what plates are you using blah blah, ect but nothin on really what they do. Any help would be great.

when you remove your emissions, youll have a huge *** hole in your intake. The plates will seal off this mother of all vacuum leaks. Actaully the same goes for any vac leak.

i got my block off plates from

They were well made, and easy to instal - You can also make your own. And yes, there are quite big holes after you remove the emisions stuff. But sure does make it less complicated to re-do vacum hoses =)
