Block-off plates to lower intake manifold of TII

I was curious into where I can find block-off plates to the lower intake manifold where all those valves are (excuse my lack of knowledge on the vacuum/emissions system). If I do block them off, what do I need to do to ensure the reliability of the car? In other words, if I do remove the valves/hoses, what will it do to my car?

This is what I'm talking about:

I will provide my car info/specs if it makes any difference: I drive an '88 Turbo II with a TO4S 60-1, FMIC, streetported engine, dual belts, HKS F-Con with GCC, 3" straight pipes exhaust, t4 tubular manifold w/ 46mm wastegate, and only 550cc stock fuel injectors though. A/C & P/S removed.

Okay, that's good then. Thanks.

Now I need to know this... what do I have to do to the vaccuum hose system now to make this run right?

Someone who posted above sells them, I might buy them off of him, if I can figure out what I'm supposed to do with the vaccuum hoses that normally ran to where I am blocking off.

Do I just plug them?

Not sure. I know like 2 lines run to the part of the manifold you block off.

Do I just cap them shut?

I make my own plates out of 1/4" aluminum, then powdercoat them. Use the base of the part for the pattern, or the gasket.

CAN NO ONE ANSWER MY SIMPLE QUESTION?

Great. Thanks for the info on the plates but I need to know what I do to the remaining vacuum lines. Just plug them shut? If I do plug them shut, what happens?
