Bleeding Power Steering System?

How do I make sure that all the air is out of the steering rack and lines upon reinstalation of a power steering rack?

I've been told to fire the car up, crank the wheel lock to lock several times, shut the car off, take the cap of and let all the bubbles disipate. Repeat repeat repeat untill ther are no more bubbles.
