bleeding brake question - removed front calipers

I removed both front calipers and painted them today. Awww yeah!!
I understand that if you remove a caliper at the brake line you only have to bleed the side you removed.
Anyone know if that same rule applies to when both calipers are removed simultaneously??
Thanks!

Yes... You need to bleed both sides... Also... If you have the 4 pots... make sure to put them on the correct side... Otherwise they willnot bleed correctly... Bleeder valve goes on top...

Thanks C.A.R.
I know I have to bleed both sides, just wasn't sure if I had to bleed the entire system. I was thinking I could just bleed the front two but I wanted to make sure, don't want any air bubbles up in my ish! I'm rocking the 4 pots, everything is installed and ready to go... just waiting for my friend to get over here so he can push the brake pedal for me.

My personal belief is that anytime you screw with one caliper, you bleed them all. It's not that much more work, and that ensures that everything is how it should be.

VERY wise SOP (standard operating procedure).

Brakes are not something to take chances with. Also tightening lines and bleeder screws on the FC 4-pots takes patience and care. There is not much room between "will-leak" to "striped out".
