Black and yellow wires Driver harness

Finished bringing the driver side harness into the cabin, but noticed theres a cluster of snipped and taped black and yellow wires. Any idea where these are supposed to go to originally?

Its really close to the trailing connectors and same colours. I wont be using the stock coils so I will be getting rid of some crap.

There are two B/Y wires that power the trailing coil. They would have voltage w/key to on. If the EGI INJ fuse is pulled then the voltage would cease. This wire would have continuity to the B/Y wire in the four wire Main Relay plug.

When I was trying to deflood the car before I rebuilt it, I pulled the the INJ fuse. I forgot about it and days later went to start it and it started and ran without the fuse in. I am assuming that maybe this cluster of wires is hardwired somewhere so I guess the only way to find out is dig in deeper
