Best way to clear vert drain tube?

Hey guys im getting uber water behind my drivers seat and even upfront (since it was raining all day and night) and i noticed the drain tube is just plugged up with dirt and other gifts from mother nature. What would be the best way of clearing this up? Blowing air through it?

If you do it carefully, you can use a coat hanger. Just don't jab it through the tube itself. Blowing air through it if it's clogged will most likely end up with you having nasty water all over you. However, the drain tube empties out where the "tubs" would be if it were a coupe so if you have water behind your seats I would say your top is leaking.

I dont think it is the top leaking since I cant see any traces of water except for on the very low points on the drivers side. so im thinking it has to be the tube seeing as my passengers drains fine and is always dry.

compressed air. I wouldn't necessarily huff 135PSI through it but I would start by turning the reg way down and going from there. Are you CERTAIN that the tube itself is draining out of the car or even hooked up for that matter? I ask becuase my fathers 944 got flooded in the inside. Turned out it was a drain from the fuel filler cavity that popped off the nipple.

Anyone know what to remove to see the drain tube, I cant find it anywhere in my haynes manual and I dont want to tear the whole car apart, i have to drive it tommrow morning.

Edit: I just fed weed-eater line through it and it came out from under the car, so ill try to fill it up with some water and hope for the best.
