Best Place/Price For Rebuilt Engine

Hey guys
i have to come up with the facts soon, so the Parents will get a new engine for me. i need to find a place that has good prices and good engines for sale. any help would be great, anything in the south florida area would be even better but any info in general will be greatly appericated

If I troll the net and find some shops for you, will your parents buy me a new engine too?
Look in 2nd Gen Archive, there was a sticky forum for 2nd gen vendors. just do a search for "2nd gen vendors list" or similar... and limit it to 2nd gen archive. That should give you a pretty good list to start with.

call around and find out. just ask for a basic rebuild with a replacement of all seals and gaskets. minimum ive seen/heard 1000, max 2200...i feel that any more than that and you're probably getting screwed. and warranties are just hype to get you to pay more money. make sure the shop is reputable before you cut them a check, and you should be ok.
