Best Parts for Rebuild

I want to buy an engine core to rebuild and port for my car. I don't know what the best internals to use would be. It is going to be NA. Could I use a T2 core/parts?

S5 internals are best, '89 and up. Dont use T2 rotors, they have lower compression.

The one between the rotor housings where the intake ports are. The turbo motors are four ports and the NA motors are six ports. If you use the turbo intermediate irons you can make a NA four port motor which many think is better because you can do a bigger street port on a four port motor.

It is the center iron plate between the rotor housings.

I see, what about the other irons? Should I just use NA irons?
