Best brand of water pump
I'm shopping for a new water pump since mine is leaking from the weep hole. In looking at the offerings online, there is a pretty wide range of prices from about $60 to over $100.
Of those only the most expensive, NPW, shows that it comes with both gaskets and the O-ring for the thermostat housing. Mazdatrix, Airtex, A1 Cardone, Bosch, and GMB don't specify exactly that they come with all three parts.
Can anyone confirm if any of those other brands do or do not come with all three?
What is everyone's recomendation for the best FC waterpump?

you are getting them mixed up.
the water pump comes with ONE gasket, and the waterpumps are ALL REMAN. there are no longer new units from mazda. i know this cus i asked enough.
the water pump HOUSING houses the thermoustat, and is sandwitched between the pump, and the front iron. it contains the upper neck and the lower neck. it also houses the water temp sensor for the ecu. if yours is leaking out of the wheep hole, you have it easy.
DO IT IN THIS ORDER! unbolt fan, let it lay in the radiator in the shroud.
disconnect the low coolant sensor.
disconnect the upper hose at the housing, and disconnect the lower house at the housing. disconnect the heater core hose at the metal pipe.
unbolt that radiator and slide that ****** out.
now you have a clear shot at the front pulley.
loosen the bolts for the main pulley and the water pump pulley.
loosen the alternator, and lower it, to take the belt off.
remove water pump pulley.
Now the most critical and frustrating part of the install is the front pulley. its 4 pieces. a metal inner ring, an outer pulley, an inner pulley and a lower pulley. they only fit on one way, and onto the hub one way. MARK THEIR ORIENTATION AS ONE UNIT TO REFERENCE HOW THEY GO BACK TOGETHER.
the water pump is held on by 4 nuts, and 4 bolts. 1 bolt being the arm that holds the alternator. take the old one off, and then clean off the surfaces. use a razor. then using ONLY THE PAPER GASKET THAT IS PROVIDED, slap it on there, and install it the reverse of the removal. dont crank down way too tightly on the nuts and bolts that hold it on, but make sure they are on there tight. dont over tighten the alt belt.
all this assumes you have no ac,ps, or air pump.

Thanks for the rundown, SirCygnus.
Actually the water pump is just part of a larger project that includes new under hood insulation, working on the TB to fix a sticky throttle (probably just a cleaning), replacing OMP lines, and freeing a stuck intake sleeve. Might as well get it all done at once!
As for the gaskets, I am planning on replacing the housing to engine gasket, and thermostat and o-ring while I'm in that deep. That's why I'm interested in identifying which available brands come with all 3.

just go OEM. Call Malloy Mazda (forum vendor here) and ask for Mazda parts and then Ray Crowe who is the Rx-7 guy. Tell him you are changing a water pump and you need everything (he owns a T2 so he knows the parts). Also if you want replacement water pump shims he can get you those too. He will hook you up with good prices and reasonable shipping. To get the core charge credit back you will have to mail in your old one but just send it as cheaply as possible. That's what I did when my water pump came out. You will get high quality OEM gaskets and an OEM reman.
I remember about a year ago when I changed my water pump there was like a $5 difference between getting all OEM stuff from Ray Crowe and going to autozone.
