Belt Question

quick question... on a 1987 Base.... what else does the belt that runs the air pump turn? anything? im thinking of deleting the air pump as 87 doesnt need to pass emissions anymore, and i just need to know before i change all the belts whether i need a bypass belt or just remove it completely... (looked for belt diagrams everywhere and can't seem to find one)

The airpump belt only spins the pump, nothing else.
You will be losing the extra contact on the waterpump pulley and may need to do something about that.
The two common fixes are a double alt pulley/two belts and a yahoo belt from the main pulley to the pump.
