Beeping under dash

I have some sort of beeping under the dash. Its a sliver box with a bunch of wires running into it. Its right behind were the indash speakers would be... And I cannot figure out what that box is....

Hmmm nothing out of the ordinary, other than when I put the powersteering back in with my new engine... SO it is not detrimental to the engine, right?
