Beck Arnley clutches, the T2 and you..
with financial troubles and wanting to get my 10AE back on the road and needing to put a new clutch set on the new engine before i put it in, i wanted to go with a spec clutch but opted for a beck arnley due to cost. anyone have any experience with them on a turbo II. i figured for $150 for the set i was making out ok and since beck arnley is a good name i figured i couldnt go wrong. what do you guys think?

Beck Arnley is OE equipment. Usually the parts ARE factory reboxed.
Trust me, I work for them.
And yes, for a stock clutch, they are very good. I bet I can get one cheaper than you J-Rat!! lol

well, unfortunatly i already ordered it. but thank you and i'll definatly keep you in mind when i replace the clutch in my 82 GSL(which will be soon so if you think about digging up a price and pm'ing me, by all means i may have you get me the clutch set). i think its kinda cool that the clutch may be a re-boxed mazda clutch.

Yeah I was in the warehouse the other day just messing around when I stumbled across an example. Opened up a relay box, and inside was a relay in the Honda factory packaging. Usually they don't leave them that way, but when you use alot of temps, this happens. And I will find out Monday what the 82 clutch is and send you a PM.
