battery or starter

hi,

when starting the fc, it cranks normal then starts to wind down like theres bad battery but then it kicks back up and starts. this sound like a battery or starter going? thanks

Or a weak cable connection.
Any unusually hot spots in the primary cables after cranking?

Most parts stores can test your battery.
