I have an 86 n/a that's been sitting for a couple of years, driven once or twice a year ago. Now it wont hold a charge. I can jumpstart the car, but as soon as I unhook the booster cables it just dies. The battery is brand new. There is also a really bad fuel leak directly underneath the driver. Thanks for your help.

 

OK first fix the fuel leak unless you want to burn to death. The battery problem is a dead alternator.
