CA Bad U-Joint?

So the last few days of driving my Rx ('87 NA Manual) ive felt a little rumbling in the back end, i thought nothing of it, rough roads, shocks going out ect. Then tonight on my way to work, my Rx starts shuddering at speed. At slow speeds its very un-noticable but at about 40 mph up to 80mph i feel like im in one of those massage chairs in Walmart. When I got to work I pulled out my trusty iPhone, and did some searching on the forum and from what it's doing and how it sounds (like a small aircraft getting ready to take off in the back of my car) im guessing its my U-Joint/s.

So now my question is I have a S4 NA manual and when I bought the car, the guy I got it from gave me a Turbo Trans.and all the Trans components, a Turbo Driveshaft and a Turbo rear end but i dont know if they are from an S4 or an S5, so will an S5 driveshaft and rear end fit on my S4? and how can I tell if I have an S4 or S5 trans? (Will post pix in the A.M. if necassary.) Also how long should/would it take for me, a fairly profecent mechanic to swap the Trans?

Thanks in advance guys. Sorry for the wording of the post doesnt make much sense its 4am and work was insane tonight.

s4 and s5 driveshafts will both work...look for one on the forum for real cheap, turbo drive shaft will not work and you will need COMPLETE turbo drive train to do the swap...

yeah finding an auto drive shaft will be tough, do you have any junkyards near you? You may try a transmission shop and see if the can make one for you like the previous poster said.
