bad turbo or bad oil seals???

hey whats up guys.. im having a problem with car..
i have a s5 TII motor in my car.. I just changed the oil in it and upon starting it, it started smoking like crazy. (car never smoked at all before). i immedietly came to the conclusion it was the oil seals. but as i started to drive it around the smoking stopped. if i let it idle it wont smoke at all.. i can let it idle for days and it wont smoke. but once you rev the engine it starts smoking like crazy. so i took off the intercooler pipe closest to the turbo and there was a lot of oil coming out of the turbo compressor housing and inside the intercooler pipes.. is there any way to tell for sure what it is?? thanks for any response..
