when i drive hard and shift into second gear it grinds and down shifting to second, yes the clutch is in all the way!! i don't know if i pull to hard to the left when shifting if that does anything!? but just normal driving its fine. i have to almost let the rpms drop down to idle to shift! anyone know whats up?

 

Your 2nd gear synchronizer ring is wearing out. You can use a high quality synthetic gear oil and slowly shift into second gear to prolong its life. If you're easy on it, it can last a long time still, but eventually you will need the trans rebuilt or replaced. If this is an NA transmission, the synchros are notoriously weak, and this is a common problem.
