idle adjustment screw... does nothing?
TPS is adjusted properly and I spin the idle adjustment screw and it doesn't change the idle at all, right now its got a bouncy idle due to no BAC but I want to bring down from 1200-1500rpm to 1000-ish so I can re-time it. is there some service connector that needs to be jumpered for it to work or what?
To set the idle speed you need to ground the intitial set connector located on the inside drivers side fender well. Single green connector located near the front of the engine compartment near one of the coil packs. May or may not help since you don't have the BAC installed.
If you don't already have a copy of the factory service manual, get one from the link in the FAQ. That will provide instructions for setting the idle.

is there anyway you can get a performance increase through messing with the idle adjustment screw. im kinda new to the rotary world and im N/A trying to get as much power out of my S4 FC(S5 motor) before i end up porting or goin boosted
