Bad rear clunking

i know its been covered so many times, but it seems like everyones situation is a little different...

my clunking comes only when i drop the clutch or creep off the clutch at low rpms.. today it felt like something was about to fall out...

i put a new tranny, driveshaft, rear end, and axles in the car and the clunking is worse then it was with the old... the front diff mount on my diff looked brand new, im assuming the rear mounts were relatively new as well.. my main question is in this picture are the bushings on the rear diff installed correctly? it seems like the would go between the diff and the car, instead of between the diff and the bolt on the bottom?

thoughts or suggestions please? i havent noticed any clunking when braking or going over bumps, only when shifting and letting off the clutch

Yes that's installed correctly.

When I had a broken front diff mount I could hear a thumping on the bottom of the car whenever I shifted or let on/off the gas.
