Question bad coolant seal? vid inside

Just wanted to get some opinions from others. Is the only reason for excessive white smoke bad coolant seals? or could be somethin else? I know its normal for a fc to smoke at cold start for a couple of secs but not a few a mins. yet though the car still runs strong. Smoke does stop after a few minutes.Heres a vid of my car on a cold start.

If its cold the exhaust probably will look like that.

Did you pressure test the coolant system or see if air bubbles out of the coolant when its running?

Also, oil would probably get in the coolant so see if after it sits if there is oil at the top of the filler neck.

as for the smoke part I would say normal but since u said it smells sweet u may want to check yrou compression and look for other leaks... now are the t2 turbos coolant cooled to if so u could have a bad seal out in the turbo as well

There is coolant flowing through the turbo to cool it, however i dont think it would have any coolant seals in the turbo since it just cools the center section, don't quote me on that one though.

the center section is sealed together by seals so the coolant does not go into the housings.. if u have a leaky rear seal u could have coolant going into yoru exhaust form the turbo...

to check this pull the air hose of the front of the turbo and grab the compressor wheel (normally grab the nut) and see if it wiggles if it wiggles or has any in and out shaft play u prolly have bad turbo bearings
