bad bogging, might be secondaries?

OK so i put 800cc secondaries in, with 10w/10ohm resistors.
now when i boost (not 3800 rpm, any rpm when i start to put the pedal down harder) it stutters really really bad and i get NO power out of it.

could this be because of the size of the secondaries running ULTRA rich? i dont really drive the car that much, so i havent put the safc2 IN yet. I just took it out to the bank to make see how everything was running.

im goin to check the tps right now, just wanted to get this out there for input

(s5 turbo. frontmount, no a/c or p/s, downpipe back racing beat, hks evc4, knight sport fcd)

If it bogs below 3800, then it cant be the secondaries because they arent operating yet.

i unplugged the pressure sensor, and it doesnt do that any more. obviously my FCD is crap.
also, when im in boost like 5 or 6 psi, theres a clanking noise from the engine bay. real loud. all my IC pipes are sturdy. ive checked for that. it KIND of sounds like arcing, but its REALLY loud and it sounds like its from the drivers side of the bay, near the firewall. i cant check it in a parking lot or anything because it only happens under load in boost.
any ideas?

you need to get a wide band and install your fuel controler.
it doesnt seem that you would be detonating with all that fuel but you never know, the wideband will tell you alot

Well, if there's arcing, it'll drain your battery in no time flat, trust me.

i cant describe it well, it sounds like something is twisting and creaking and cracking, like a 'SNAP SNAP SNAP SNAP' noise but nothing is moving or breaking. and its just under boost...
i doubt its arcing its way too loud and theres no evidence of it anywhere.
ugh this is a nightmare when i boost, my gauge sees it, nice and hard... but the wheels dont see it at all. i can hear it, it blows off loud enough that theres OBVIOUSLY boost, only nothing happens speedwise.
