Bad 02 sensor?

Car has a stumble and lull in acceleration when off the gas and back on. Since I have a single plate throttle body from rotary works I thought it was caused by the tb.
Well today I looked at the sensor check on my power fc and the o2 voltage at idle,on the hwy, and during warm up never changed. .3 volts. It never moved. Would this cause the conditions mentioned above?

Well it seems that the o2 sensor is gone anyway. Might as well replace. Running a fd3s tps. So I will check out the voltage on it.

I don't mean to hijack the thread, but what symptoms does a bad O2 sensor cause?

Usually makes the engine run rich or lean, thats all, not like newer cars that rely on them to run

Im running a PFC and form me the o2 is just there for better mpg. HE is right though, new cars rely on them quite heavily to even move. As for us its just for mielage. At .3 my car runs pretty lean which doesnt help part throttle respnse. Im just gonna bu a new one and get it fixed.

Put new O2 in and it cycles. The factory one was still in it! Also had to turn on the o2 feedback. I tried it with the stock sensor and it did nothing switched senosr and boom!

I do have another question. Will having the 02 feedback on affect my tune?
