Back right Fender

What's the price one fixing a back right fender? Right above the wheel. It's pretty bad. Crushed in about 4-5 inches.

get a dent puller (screw type with a slide hammer) and drilla hole (or four) and pull that SOB out. Then sand it down to bare metal, and get some bondo and body fill that baby back to life. then use some glazing puddy/paste on that bitch and primer it. get her painted. and BLAM. you're done probably under 50 bucks.

When you use bondo take your time. Do it over several weeks if you have to. I hate people who put giant gobs of it over holes and dents. Looks ******* retarded.

I had the same dent on my drivers side rear 1/4. Its tough cuz its not like one piece. I took it to an autobody and the qouted me 1500 but that was to weld a new 1/4 fender in and piant it. THe reason he told me was their was too much rust and bondoing would not fix the problem...

I would try to work from the inside with a 2 foot scrap of 2x4. Shape (saw & carve) the end to the end to the coutour you need, then push out the dent (striking the board with a 2 lb dead blow hammer if neccessary.)
Then Bondo -etc..

You guys scare me!!!!

If you are going to do it, do it right. The best way is to R&R the Quarter, but it is pricey. Depending on the shape and size of the damage, Sopt welding "fingers" in the body and working it back into shape, then finish body work.

Attacking from the backside is diffucilt due to multiple layers of steel.
Avoid drilling holes in the body, you just created another rust pocket.

There isn't room on this forum to go into enough detail to teach a NOVICE advance body repair, these are just helpfull guidelines. JOhn
