BAC clicking?

Hi,
if i put my key in the ON position and listen to the BAC, it'll click. Does that mean that its stuck and trying to open?

it's not your BAC.. the clicking is right but the driver side fenter close to the firewall.. it's a little metal box with 2 connectors
