B4 I Buy one of these clutchs, can some1 tell me....

The difference between a 4 puck and a 6 puck... ive decided to go with an exedy oem clutch cause its the most practical one for me, and is a pretty reputable company....

im going to buy one of these two....

I hope your making some good horsepower to be choosing a 4 or 6 puck clutch. Otherwise a street strip clutch would be just fine. 4 Clutch is going to be harsher than a 6 puck and a 6 puck will be harsher than a S/S clutch.

now its starting to make sence... thanx, im think ill go with a act ZX2-HDSS .... you are sure the 4 puck is harsher then the 6 puck right, i would have thought the six puck would be, because it has the extra two pucks and all.

Yes. The less number of pucks, the harsher it is.


FWIW though, my friends DSM with a sprung 4 puck is TONS easier to drive than my unsprung 6 puck...
