Very True, A shop in Toronto has a 20B PP turbo motor in their FC and he drives it everyday, through the drive thru and everything. PP's are definatly streetable.

A 4WD RX-7 does not take any open-mindedness or imagination because it's been done before. It's been done very successfully by professionals who had the skills, knowledge, experience and cash to make it happen. It has never been done by anyone who had to ask an internet forum how to do it, and I doubt it ever will be (that includes your mate).

Thank you NZ...

Go ahead Mr cooldude and build your AWD FC... Now that I'm in full "hater" mode, I'm officially calling your bluff... You successfully build one and I got $50 in Paypal with your name on it... But then again, if you got the funds to build such a car, $50 really isn't **** to you is it?

Quit running your mouth and prove it already...

ill agree to that

but you never know who you will be in a few years
when i got my second 7 a na base

it got it to put the motor in a truck

didnt hapen ( its the car in the avatar )

ten years later i put a TII in a B2200 for fun
and i asked in forums like this for a while and
just like this
everyone said "what a joke " "wont work "
but it had been done prior
and it was by a pro

so i did it

i dont want a awd car
but i defent the right for someone to dream explore and learn
and make a future for themself
im sure you do too

I never said he was defending anyone. Just stating the reality, which apparently you aren't familiar with. If you or your friend had the skills to undertake such a project, you wouldn't be here asking people a damn thing. I'm always down to experience something new, but if someone comes in asking about AWD FC's as if they had no clue to their existance, how am I supposed to believe they have what it takes to do it? That's why I said prove it. You don't want anyone's opinions. You just want someone to tell you how to build one, which doesn't prove a damn thing to me regarding your skills or determination. Figure it out genius, since you wanna act like one...

Good for you, but dropping a 13BT into a B2200 is child's play compared to creating a 4WD FC. If someone started a thread about doing that engine swap I'd be a lot more inclined to believe it might actually happen one day compared to this thread. That's the big difference.

So where exactly can we find a dyno graph of this alleged 255hp N/A with only a street port?

the problem it oppisite
and unfortunate

i know all about the history of these cars
i know rod millens cars used a 626 for front drive parts
but
the problem is
i want more info
and you dont know

right

other posters gave good info and links
did the best they could
left me to do the research
i found what i wanted here about rally springs and ride height
but you just found out i think hate is unconstructive
if this is such a problem for any one
ask the mods to post a awd fact so it can be found and learnd from

intelligence is the ability to learn
not be all knowing

so ill go elsewhere for info because as nz said

only pros with time and money can do such work
and they dont hang out here

You don't know the history that well... The only 626 parts used where the front uprights. In case you forgot, FWD 626's used tranverse engines. There would be no front-drive parts suitable for a 4WD conversion even if there were strong enough, which I doubt.

Hey look at Rob Dahm. With a willingness to learn and deep pockets anything is possible, I guess. He was told the 4 rotor would never run IIRC.
