Change all fluids, engine oil, tranny, diff, brake, clutch. Then New fuel pump screener, fuel filter, and air filter.
That should help your car run better. Also make sure your cats aren't clogged.

have no cats on my car and changed the tranny and oil last year in September before I put it up for the winter. Havent changed the fuel filter yet and my K&N filter needs cleaning. My bro has a recharge kit for the filter, so I will use that. As for the fuel filter where is that, I think I tried looking for it last year but vouldnt find it. Have to check the Haynes manual, I guess. thanx
Tell you the truth...I have no ******* clue. I have cone filter, FCD, SSAC 3.5" turbo back and almost an entire garage in the back hatch area along with a 8pt cage. I weighed it all out to 3150 with about 3/4 tank (I think) Hell, this is all cruising around 80mph too.

You guys gotta be careful, as the US-spec gas tanks are different S4 versus S5.
S4 is smaller.
My '87 Turbo II barely gets 200 miles per tankful of gas.
It comes out to about 13 - 13.5 mpg.
It currently has TPS issues. :P
On average, an S4 should do 250 to 300 on mixed driving.

i tend to drive the **** out of my car and still get about 15-16, if i do just straight freeway and cruise at 80mph i get more around 23-24mpg, i do mostly city driving so 15-16 while stomping on it isnt too bad, if i lay off of it and shift at 3 all the time its more like 18-20mpg but i hate carbon, so i shift at 5-7k
