Auxiliary sleeves - searched

I have a rebuilt motor with the sleeves removed and for the sake of regaining some gas mileage and lower rpm torque I want to re-install them. While taking them out of the old motor I noticed there was some sort of lubrication on them even after being in there for 20+ years. My question is, what should I use for the best results? I would like them to continue to move freely for however long the new motor runs and I would also not like to remove the UIM/LIM again any time soon (as it is a PITA) to re-lube.

thanks

The lube is just oil from the reversion of the intake charge. They sleeves are to be installed dry into clean bores.
