I was looking at the front actuator and it is on the wrong side of the stop when closed (left side of stop) and the actutor is completely jammed.

Problem is I dont know if the PO removed the sleeve on this port. It doesnt seem to run bad but I have nothing to compare it to.

Is there any way to tell if the sleeves are in there?? Is it possible to have the sleeves 180 deg. out of alignment with the port? I have another actuator but I dont know if I install it if the sleeve is oriented correctly.

I have a race tomorrow so I've got to get this back together.
