automatic radiator into a 5 speed.

i have a few holes in my radiator in my 86 gxl.. i have a complete 88 se parts car.. it has a BRAND new radiator.. only its an auto and there are parts in it for cooling the tranny *****.. my question is will the radiator work in my 5 speed and what do i need to plug up or worry about.. thanks in advance

it will work fine. make sure you still have a overflow and a fill. don't worry about the trans lines, leave them alone..

im just going to cap them off.. somehow i got a shitload of holes in mine.. so i decided to swap all the parts from the other car.

You dont even need to cap them off, theyre a seperate chamber from the regular cooling area. But you can if you want.

works fine. all new aftermarket "stock" rads you buy come auto anyways so they only have to make one rad.

i'm running a brass s4 auto radiator on my tII and for some reason this thing runs cooler than alot of tII's with upgraded rad's so i'm happy
