Auto to Manual Swap Wiring Questions!

What's up my fellow brotards, to make a long story short, i bought a barn find fc with 50k og miles and a stupid auto trans. me being the adventurous internet mechanic that i am, i decided to rebuild. all that is left is the wiring from the new manual tranny to the auto chassis. I AM NOT SMART so please no complicated electrician/mechanic talk! just need to know which wires i have to mend together and that's it. explain this to me as if i am your 4 year old son.

much love for the community!

P.S. this being my first post I'm sorry if its in the wrong section like i said, not the smartest
