First off look at the wiring at the back of the deck- the deck's ground wire should be black, or a different color with a "ground" label attached to it. If this wire is spliced into another wire from the car's original harness, cut the wire at the splice, crimp a ring terminal onto the end, and bolt the terminal to a good chassis ground near the deck (I used the vertical metal structure right beside the deck mounting areas).
Now check with a new fuse. If it blows again, remove all of the wiring connections done when the deck was installed, and look up the wiring schematic for the OEM audio system, online at TEAMFC3S.ORG (it's page 50-96 in the S4 manual). Now reconnect the wiring per the schematic, making sure no speaker wiring is spliced into the blue/white power wire from the audio fuse (actually you could visually verify nothing but the red deck wire is spliced into the blue/white BEFORE you rip everything apart again)...
If everything looks good, then something inside the deck is shorting and blowing the fuse...

i had the same problem. it was not related to the deck. try unplugging the deck and if it happens you know you have a short somewhere else. i have a short somewhere in my system. i chose to bypass it now till i get more time. i know my problem is somewhere in the wiring to my front speakers. just have not had the time to retrace everything.
