Well I drove to Atkins and bought the rebuild video and watched about an hour and half of it. I know realize why rebuild cost so much. Their is definatly some time involved with all the cleaning.

The video was very informative, and would recommend it to other looking into rebuilding their engines.
My advice is to watch the video first then decide if you want to do it.

Ill have to agree that the video is a great source when needed. I have a copy and watch it religiously
