Leading plugs go in the lower holes BUR7EQ, these plugs will have an L below the plug number.
Trailing plugs go in the top holes BUR9EQ, these plugs will have an L below the plug number.
Rotor number 1 in the front and rotor number 2 is the rear.

why did you do the ATF in the first place???
You do know that the ATF treatment is really only done if your motor is on its last life and that half the time it will make a motor worse instead of helping???
Anyway, you can mix up the leading spark plug cables and it will still work, since they fire at the same time.
and as far as the trailing leads, the front coil (of the trailing coil pack) is the front rotor, and the rear coil (of the trailing coil pack) is the rear rotor.
and I wouldn't worry about the spark plugs, you will need to replace them after you burn off the ATF anyway. Then you can put new ones in the correct spots.
