No constant power in cabin?

In the midst of wiring up my Turbo timer the other day and finally getting it to work , i managed to stall my car and and this happened in the aftermath. (Put car in reverse/ebrake out of habit and took out keys, let out clutch-"Oh yeah i have a TT"-STALL)
Now my little security light doesnt work and my clock resets every time i turn on my car. Is there a fuse that couldve blow or a circuit knocked loose from this? PLease help!! What should i check?
