Disable ignition and fuel
Remove trailing plugs, dump in ATF fluid, reinstall plugs, turn the engine, let sit, turn engine, repeat as necessary.
Undisable (hehe) ignition and fuel, crank her up, and watch her smoke.
Method of turning engine is up to you. Some people like to take a ratchet to the main pulley and turn it like that, others like to put it in fifth gear and push the car.
Time you leave the ATF in is also up to you, but I suggest at least 24 hours turning the engine every couple hours if possible.
Have a new set of spark plugs ready because the ones you have in it will be trashed. I'd suggest replacing the ones in it with old ones if the plugs in it are still good.

click here for all you want to know
someone needs to set up a quiz you have to go through before you can post on the forum, by which you have to know where the search button is to pass

I agree that people should search more often, but I'm gonna start busting heads if people start bitching and complaining about not searching in this forum like they do on I-club. I don't want people to ever be afraid to ask a question in here.
I'll create a post later directed towards newer members about running searches before posting, and sticky it.

i dont really get as mad as many do about people not searching, and i will help the guys out but i do get tired seeing the exact same question in five threads in a row with slightly different titles....
