Assembling Intake to Engine

I got a hold of some 5th and 6th valves and rods that open and close them, which I didn't have during build up. So I took off my intake all the way down to the engine. When I had my engine rebuilt the mechanic wanted the lower intake and the exhaust before he would let me take it.
I got the intake off and found the mechanic had used grey RTV along with the metal gasket. Should i use the gasket and rtv or just gasket?

Btw i have a new gaskets for the entire manifold.
