Turning signals don't work...
yet everything seems to be good, at least to my knowledge. fuse is fine. wires are all fine. can't be a short cause my hazzards work fine inside and outside of the car. what am i missing?

I had a similar problem with electrical gremlins (my left turn signal) that turned out to be a bad alternator. If you have a spare lying around, try throwing it on and seeing if that helps?
Watch your idiot lights for the next little while, if you see multiple lights flashing in miscellaneous patterns that is a definate indication of a bad alternator.

do the hazard lights work>?
Turn signals are tied together with the Hazards.
if the hazards don't work as well, chances are that either the bulbs are bad, fuse is blown, or the CPU flasher board is bad.
I have rebuilt replacement CPU flasher boards on my webstore if you need one.

haha it would take to long to get a different switch just to use as a test though...
does she go by stina for short?
