argh another fc with electrical issue

ok well
i have a 88 vert
stock aside from a electric fan and a ford Taurus alternator.
oh and i relocated the battery behind the driver seat cubby.
now i have put 3 new batteries in. but i have the same issue.
first one was a parasitic loss which ill fix soon.
but my thing is that i jump start the car leave it running for a good 30 mins
and then turn off the car and immediatly try to turn it back on and
i have a dead battery again.
i thought it was the alternator but it cant be because the car stays on even when you rump on it. the alternator alone couldnt power the whole car.

please help me

You have wired up the alternator incorrectly, and it is not charging the battery while the car is running. And yes, the alterntor powers the whole car when it is running.
