ARC8000 chassis wiring help

In the middle of wiring an ARC 8000, and trying to get the car to idle on an Rtek 1.7 before I get the new engine harness and tune for my haltech. Have some questions about where to run ecu power for starting and idling purposes. Currently starter, fuel pump and fans are wired to the ARC Panel. I have power run to 3J on the ecu pinout. Does anyone know where else I need to run power to for startup purposes ?
Attaching ecu pinouts for reference.

It should be fairly obvious, when looking into wiring diagrams.
Ecu needs power, fuel pump, solenoids, injectors and coils needs power, most of it from relays (whenever stock or aftermarket)
