APEXi Customer Support BLOWs!

Okay since nobody on the forum seems to know what pins are what on the 1st gen S-AFC I called apexi support, they told me that the 1st gen s-afc hasn't been sold since 3 years ago, they do not carry wiring harnesses and I asked if they had any info on the unit itself and they said whatever is on the web site, then he said and I quote " You'll have to find it out for your self!"

Federal Business Trade Law and Practices????

The support/parts/service/books..... are supposed to be available for at least 7(?) years after the last one was sold(if company is still profitable and not under bankruptcy).
The law changes regularly but when I worked in sales in the early 1990's, we were still providing parts/service/instructions/....... for as long as possible(usually longer than 7 years).
If they admit to selling it 3 years ago, then you might need to contact the business authorities in your state to see what your local laws are. APEXi must provide parts/service/.... per Federal/State laws. Call them again and ask them if they know the FTC laws concerning products sold within those three years. Force those lazy a$$ ****'s to get off their fatazzes and locate the schematics/parts list/harnesses/directions etc......

Good luck!
