Apexi AVCR tuning

Anyone know how to properly tune one on an FC with a stock turbo?

I want to keep the boost level at about 11 PSI...

you won't stay at 11psi. The stock turbo can't hold that boost to redline even if you disconnected the wastegate.

I only have a FMIC kit and a 3" TB exhaust on the stock turbo and it holds 11.6lbs of boost all the way from 3.5k to 7k rpm...

Just need a FCD to go higher...
