Unhappy Apex-i AVC-R in my FC

Where do I connect it to my EMS. I have a Haltech E6K, and the boost controller is all setup right now. It reads boost, controlls boost, but it is still not connected to the Haltech. Where do I connect it?

because it can control the injector duty cycle, shows the rev's, and some other stuff

Injector duty cycle - either INJ1 or INJ2 off the Haltech
Revs - connect to bullet connector to stock leading coil pack
