anyway to check if AFM is busted?

Question anyway to check if AFM is busted?

wanted to see if my afm didnt work. used a multitester and i got .33 ohm's. 2k. but i really dont know what that means or anything. any other way to check it. thanks!

Sure, the procedure is in the Factory Service Manual.

I'd have posted it if I knew what year and if it was turbo or NA.

ok now i tested it agian. i get .234- .434 ohm's when its closed. when i open it nothing happens same reading. does that mean its busted? any of u guys know? thanks!

oh and do any of u guys know if turbo and non-turbo afm's are the same. so i can go ****** one from the junkyard.

No, they are not the same.

Do you have something against the FSM? All of your answers are in there and easy to find.

It's just too much trouble to recreate here and plus the pictures are a big help.
