Anyone notice that FC "smell"?
Just curious guys. My first '88 SE had a distinctive "smell" to it in the interior. It wasn't a horrible odor or anything, it was pleasant. The TII I had before didn't have that smell though since it always smelled like gas. Now my current 10th AE has the same smell of my '88 SE.
I noticed that two other of my friends with FC's have the same exact interior smell. Just wondering if anyone noticed this for those that have owned multiple RX7's.

SluG07 does have a very valid point, mine is completely ripped and needing replacement... (that replacement will hopefully be here soon)... and my friends I think was going out as well... I know his bushings were gone...

To fix this:
1. Go to http://www.google.com/
2. Go to the top of the browser window and select "Tools" .. Then in that menu find "Internet Options"
3. On the menu that comes up, find "Delete Cookies" (Its a button) and press it.
4. Come back to www.rx7club.com and you will have to re-login however it will have errased the knowledge of knowing WHO you are... so you can be who you want to be... and not mr.slug07.
Another not so simple way is to find your user profile in windows.. if XP then it will be something like C:\Documents and Settings\<Your username>\
Then in this folder there's another folder called "Cookies".
In there you might have Alot of cookies, or you might not, depends on how many sites you go to that use them etc.
In any case IN that "Cookies" folder you can find one or two called something along the lines of your username@www.rx7club.com[1], or anything having to do with www.rx7club.com if you delete those and come back to the site it SHOULD have removed whoever you were logged in as. Unless thats hidden in a different cookie, but I doubt it.
Good luck.

YEah, my car has that smell too... and it never goes away. Even the oh so powerful smell of sex cannot drive out the smell of 7. I think it's the vinyl/plastic/leather combo that makes it smell so... old.

It's odd, but it smells like a small airplane. It's just the way rotaries smell. When I saw my girlfriend the other day she ran up to me and gave me a big hug and all she could think to say was "You smell sooo good, just like your car." She hated the way it smelled 2 years ago, now she loves it. And it smells just like her dads Cessna.
