Has anyone tried to install RX8 seats in their FC coupe not convertible ?
If yes, what was necessary to be done ?

 

Go on rx8 club.com and have someone give you the dimensions of their seats. Also ask them if the mounting sliders are parallel and flat for the most part like the rx7s. If they are within a few inches, buy the seats with metal tracks. Weld up custom mounts and bolt them to the floor and rx8 tracks.

yes they will fit just need to make a bracket to use the sliders.

Custom mounts will need to be made.

The RX-8 seats sit considerably higher from the floor pan than the FC seats, and you will need to cut off the RX-8 mounts and weld new mounts on to make the seats work.
