ANyone know the exact diameter of the 6 port sleeves?
I am making some inserts into my auxilliary ports, with a nice radius- exactly like the pinapple racing sleeves...
My sleeves are removed, and I was just going to measure them, turn some nylon or teflon or something down to size, and shape it... but I can't find my sleeves!!!
I would rather not to have to remove the intake manifold before doing it, because they will take a little while to make.. and I may have to run to the hardware store or something while making them.....
So- anyone know the exact OD of the sleeves, and also the proper space between the end of the port, and where the end of the port radius should be? (You know, the 1/4 inch or so that the pinapple sleeves are flat at the end... )
Thanks.... which I could find my sleeves!

having them
Removing them is slightly better then tieing them open because the sleeve creates turbulence. Bambam is talking about making some sleeves wich would be better then having working ones becuase they would round off at the end instead of hitting a brick wall.
