Wink Anyone install short shifter on their S4, S5 FC.

I want to get a short shifter but don't know where to buy one. I really don't want to get it off of ebay, and I don't trust them.

Someone just posted about their Mazdatrix short shifter experience. I recall him saying it was sweet. He paid $200 for his through Mazdatrix.

this is one of the more popular ones and it seems to have a decent reputation.

I also needed shifter bushing's for mine and just bought the mazdatrix ssk for $190 + shipping. I havent been able to drive the car yet, but if feels real nice, at least its alot better than the original one that was in the car with NO bushings in it what so ever.

He's pouring 90w differential fluid into the shift housing, to lubricate the ball on the bottom of the lever. You'll need it since you'll be cleaning it up prior to installing the new shifter.
