The white gauges or the drink holders in place of the dash vents?

Both, actually.

I didn't notice the vent/cup holders. but my intended post was about the white gauges.
I haven't seen any like that. I have only seen the really corny terrible looking white faced gauges. These have much more style.

First time I've ever seen the drinkholders. You familiar with em? do the vents still function?

Bulbs are white already. The panels were re-done.

I have seen the drink trays in cars in Japan. Never seen them in the states.

its amazing how many people own a 7 and would say that those faces just have changed bulbs.....
look at your gauge faces during the day they are not white they are orange
and then when you turn on the lights, the gauges are not back lit there is just bulbs that illuminate that gauge area
definitely some sort of aftermarket gauges that look pretty sweet
also the cup holders are pretty sweet looking as well

I believe they are factory parts in the JDM 7's. I've seen pics before but never seen either part in person.

They're nice but they don't fit the rest of the car. Like the symbols on the logicon etc.

No, the factory is orange. They use the same panel in Japan as everywhere else in the world.

I suppose you could make them yourself if you are very detail oriented. The Orange normally on the gauges is on the top, with the black being on the bottom. So if you took some lacquer thinner and a Q-tip or small brush, you might be able to remove the Orange without disturbing the black. I have done that on the Idiot light panels and logicons when someone wanted a custom one.

I have no idea why anyone would, but this could easliy have been accomplished in Photoshop. Color manipulation is a very basic function in PS. I guess if someone wanted a bunch of folks to discuss it for several days on a forum....
